This HOURGLASS FOUNDATION will be packaged with extreme care because I want you to receive it in great condition. HOWEVER, I have no control over how carriers treat items once they leave my home. I also have no control over how long shipping takes once the item is dropped off/picked up, so please do not give a low rating due to shipping time (shipping speed can be frustrating for me as well). I do ship quickly, usually same or next day (excluding weekends/holidays obviously). If you have any issues, please msg me and I'll do my best to figure it out!
