This ring was gifted to me in April of 2025. The Gen 4 battery is supposed to last 7 days, but this one has gone down to 3-4. I ran the troubleshooting feature like many people on Reddit advised, and sure enough they instantly found a battery issue and went ahead and sent me a brand new replacement. I used to be an avid apple watch user so a couple days was normal for me, but with the ring I definitely noticed when it went from lasting a week to only a few days. I’ve decided to swap to a different color as this was initially a gift to me and I didn’t choose this color originally. The rose gold is supposed to patina, and mine certainly has! i love it! But i use my hands too much at work and and am switching to a more durable finish. If you don’t have experience with ōuras, I recommend getting a sizing kit to make sure this works for you! Comes with original charger and box.
