Please see video as it shows that it works but does have an issue with the sounds. The sound flickers and you need to have the sound knob just right to get it to play steadily. 3 lamps light up and 1 does not. It possibly needs a new bulb. All pieces are present save for the man that sits on the bench. The post on the top of the building is bent.
