Beautiful set of porcelain figurines. Asian man and woman in wedding garb. They are cloaked in a creamy porcelain color with pink, green black, and a brilliant gold accent. The base pedestal is a shiny black glaze. They are heavily detailed with beautiful eyes and hair. The man has a long ponytail down his back. The woman is holding what appears to be a basket of flowers and the man is holding a gift box.
Figurines are believed to be from the 1950's. They are in vintage shape there is some crazing of the glaze which is commensurate with age. Also, the female figurine has a crack in the lower part - see pictures.
Figurines measure approx. 13''tall x 4.25''wide each.
Total weight is 3 lb.
