This is a beautiful clay planter made in the Acoma Pueblo style (NOTE - made in the style of, not actually an Acoma Pueblo piece) with lovely geometric designs. It has the initials “JT 38” on the bottom of the planter above the drainage hole. You can see the coils on the interior of the planter. I bought it at an auction with the accompanying overfill dish, but I don’t think the dish is original to the planter- the clay and glaze colors are different than the planter. Regardless - the planter is a very nice piece and shows wonderful craftsmanship. It is 5.5” tall and 6” in diameter. The dish adds a half inch in height and an inch in width. See images.
