I am not certain it’s a “rain” jacket but the otter shell has that slight nylon type rain resistant (at least) feel haha
Very nice! It is lined w a satin type material but no filling still has a nice weight to it. Will drape nicely. Not be too light and flimsy. One zippered breast pocket and the rest are snaps.
There are two scuff like marks on the back bottom. I am not sure what they are and have not attempted to wash or treat them. I think with some shout or spray and wash (I usually combine w a dab of blue dawn dish soap for good measure) it would come out. But can’t be 100% positive. This was worn maybe twice!
