Other details also help maintain bad-weather protection. The front zip is covered by a Velcro storm flap so water can't sneak in. The hood, which stows in the collar, can be cinched tight. Elasticated cuffs and zipped, covered hand pockets do their best to keep you dry and lock out chilling winds.
